Our Attorneys

Robert M. Hammers, Jr. is the founding partner of Hammers Law Firm. He was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and grew up in Woodstock, Georgia. Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, Robert graduated from the University of Georgia with his Bachelor of Arts in History.

Molly is originally from Orlando, Florida. She graduated from Florida State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She went back to Florida State for her Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude from the College of Law in 2017.

Originally from Ohio, Attorney Taylor Barnett graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University and graduated Cum Laude from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Sara Schramm is a partner in the Hammers Firm.  She was born and raised in Iowa Falls, Iowa by parents who were both public school educators and local small business owners.
