Rob is a managing partner and an Atlanta personal injury lawyer at Hammers Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers.  Their practice focuses on handling all types of personal injury cases.  Rob loves the law and being a trial lawyer most of all. It is his passion to serve injured people, right wrongs, and speak truth to power. Rob’s practice specializes in toxic torts and mass tort cases involving defective drugs and medical devices. Rob also handles complex personal injury cases in his trial practice, and Hammers Law Firm services all types of personal injury cases.

Rob has an impressive record in and out of the courtroom. He has tried over 50 cases to a jury and won verdicts and settlements totaling over $100 million dollars. Rob serves on the Executive Committee for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice Board of Governors, and Rob presently serves as a member of the Plaintiff Leadership Committee  in the following complex multidistrict and toxic tort litigations:

Rob lives in Roswell, Georgia and is married to Lauren Hammers and has two daughters, Madeline and Mia.
