Shame I cannot give more than 5 stars! After my car accident, I was overwhelmed, stressed, fearful, and confused of how to go about the processes after such incidents. From the very first call they assured the way I was feeling was completely normal. They were very transparent, answered all my questions in great detail, and did an amazing job at establishing a "roadmap" for the whole process to take place. Certainly on my part from the call I felt secure, confident, at peace, and had not a single ounce of worry after.

They handled every step of my case with professionalism and care — from handling the insurance company and the talks with them to keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. Without a doubt I knew they were truly fighting to get the best possible outcome.

What stood out most was how they met me where I was at in regard to my ignorance of such processes. I was truly a novice to this but they made the whole thing clear and concise for me. They genuinely cared about making sure I knew what was going on. Their level of commitment to this case made me feel like it was not "just another".

Where can I start. First of all it was hard finding someone I could trust. After talking to everyone at this firm they made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Dealing with what’s been going on health wise you need good people on your side. And this is where you need to be calling! They keep you up to date with everything and I mean everything! At other law firms they leave you in the lurch for months or even years while this law firm had the intelligence to create a client portal for you to check up on your case. They document each step! I called NY law firms and they were busy with suboxone cases that would make them easy money but this firm truly understands that what this giant pharmaceutical company did to me (us )was unjust and truly devastating. They were more interested in making money and they didn’t think about how much they would ruin people’s lives who took their medication.
