Gabriel Logreira

Gabriel (“Gabe”) Logreira has been an associate with Hammers Law Firm since 2026. Prior to joining Hammers Law Firm, he worked at one of the largest national defense firms in the country, focusing primarily on transportation defense. During that time, Gabe represented several of the largest transportation companies in the country in personal injury cases. This experience provided him with valuable insight into how insurance and trucking companies think, work, and defend cases from the moment an accident happens through the day it is resolved.

Gabe now uses this experience to help victims injured by another person’s negligence. He believes that all victims are entitled to the same representation that big insurance companies receive and works tirelessly to ensure that their voices are heard. A core part of Gabe’s philosophy is ensuring his clients understand the process at every step. By providing his clients with an understanding of the law and how insurance companies think, victims are better positioned to handle legal issues that may arise both in and out of court. Gabe’s practice includes personal injury matters involving automobiles, motorcycles, tractor-trailers, and ambulances, as well as slip-and-falls, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice.

Gabe received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia, as well as in the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.

Outside of work, Gabe enjoys spending time with his wife, Alexx, and three children. When he is not attending his kids’ sporting events, he likes to attend local events in Dawson County and Hall County. As a former sushi chef, Gabe also enjoys making sushi at home for family and friends, as well as for just about any other meal.
